Juanita has trained over 100 thought leaders to champion their ideas on the TEDx stage - collectively amassing over 5 million views, advancing reforms, attracting funding and changing hearts and minds.

Juanita's mission is to amplify the impact changemakers worldwide can have by teaching them how to present their ideas in strategic, compelling, evidence-based ways designed to get critical decision-makers to say yes. Juanita has over two decades of experience as a solutions architect for a broad range of organisations. She has experience as a CEO, a board member, a strategist, corporate negotiator, speechwriter, speaker and speaker coach. Juanita has been delivering speeches and presentations for over twenty years, including her TEDx Talk. Through Full & Frank's services, Juanita helps social entrepreneurs, thought leaders and changemakers to develop and deliver high-impact presentations worthy of their great ideas. This complements Juanita's side-hustle roles as the Executive Director of TEDxBrisbane, and an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Queensland, where she lectures in the art & science of presenting. Juanita holds a Bachelor of Arts, an Executive MBA, a Master of Business (Philanthropy & NpSt), a Graduate Certificate in Education, a Master of Social Change Leadership and a Certificate in Women in Entrepreneurship. Social change work

Juanita's Full & Frank workshops, courses and coaching are all designed to give changemakers and organisations the persuasive communication tools they need to get their target audiences to say yes - whether that's to legislative reform, behavioural change or social impact investing. While her focus is on presentations for prestigious stages and game-changing presentations, Juanita also delivers customised professional development for teams to help them build and nurture a strong organisational culture and achieve their missions sooner. As the Executive Director of TEDxBrisbane, Juanita curates and trains a cohort of speakers each year to share their idea worth spreading with the world.
