Tracy is working in philanthropy, social investment and Indigenous affairs to develop approaches for improving collaboration, engagement and knowledge in the sector.

Tracy Williams began her career as an ABC journalist in Melbourne. She later joined the Australian Foreign Service and was posted as a diplomat to the United Kingdom undertaking political reporting and analysis.

Tracy has run her own consultancy since 2011, following three years in a senior role in Corporate Affairs at Qantas, delivering on the company’s community investment and Indigenous affairs functions. Tracy’s expertise lies in policy, strategy and media/communications.

Tracy holds a Master of Arts (Social Investment and Philanthropy) from Swinburne University, Master of Arts (International Relations) from Deakin University and a business degree from the University of Melbourne.

Tracy is a past Churchill Fellow, British Council Chevening Scholar and Wolfson College Press Fellow, Cambridge University. She presently sits on several government boards and volunteers in her local community.
